Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a vital role in driving Mashbot's growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You'll be the first point of contact for many leads, engaging them through targeted outreach and building a pipeline of promising opportunities for our Sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify high-potential leads.
  • Initiate contact through outbound strategies, including cold calling, targeted emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Articulate Mashbot's value proposition and tailor messaging to different audiences and industries.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos with prospective clients for our Sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to provide insights and ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, activities, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred) or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role (SaaS industry experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter mentality with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Tenacity, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection positively.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the digital transformation space.
